今日報道された Nam E-moun 1 and Nam E-moun 2 の二つの水力地点は，メコン河左岸支流セコン川の上流の支流イームン（E-moun）川らしい，この川では２０１９年からベトナム企業によって工事が行われており，１２万９千ＫＷの発電所が２０２３年に完成する，年約４億ＫＷｈ越えの発電量

Nam E-moun 1 and Nam E-moun 2 は工事中の発電所の前後に計画されるもので，電力はベトナムに運ばれるものと思われる，記事によると，二つの発電所で約２５万ＫＷの設備を想定して調査に取り掛かる，また，揚水発電所や太陽光発電所を開発して，ベトナムの国境地帯の村落への送電を意図する
