アフリカの景色は本当に美しい，ナイジェリアの南東端，カメルーンとの国境付近，マンビリア（Mambilla）高原がある，この高原の水を集めて北方のドンガ（Dong）川に落差９６０mの３００万KW水力を造る，これがマンビリア水力（Mambilla Hydropower Project）であるが，問題が多い，

マンビリア水力は前政権オバサンジョ（Obasanjo）大統領が，ラゴスのＩＭＥと言う企業に丸ごとＢＯＴ計画として売ってしまった，反対派が厳しく非難している，調べるとやはり中国企業が動いている，既に２００８年の段階で深セン能源集団がいち早くナイジェリア中銀と接触して手を付けていた
