ブスアンガ水力（Busuanga hydropower），なかなか場所が特定できずに朝から狼狽えまくっているが，どうもコンゴ川の左岸支流でザンビアの国境に近いルアラバ（Lualaba）川の渓谷部分にダムを造って２０万ＫＷを得ようとするもの，チセケディ大統領が竣工式を司る
ブスアンガ水力の規模は２０万ＫＷだが，目を惹くのは，高さ約１４０ｍのダブルアーチのコンクリートダムだ，地形を巧みに利用したが，明らかにメコン上流のランサン川上流の小弯ダムの技術を持ち込んだ，小弯ダムは最初日本の技術移転を求めたが最終的にフランス協力

Designed with an installed capacity of 240 MW and a maximum dam height of 141.5 meters, the Busuanga hydropower station is located on the Lualaba River in the upper reaches of the Congo River.
Equipped with a total reservoir capacity of 1.298 billion cubic meters and a total installed capacity of 240 megawatts, the station consists of four 60-megawatt generating units and has an average annual power generation capacity of 1.320 billion kilowatt-hours over the years. The project adopts Chinese standards from design, construction to equipment manufacturing, installation and acceptance.
