米国の仕掛けた対中国経済戦争，米中の関係は，少なくとも，１７年１１月，トランプ大統領が北京を訪問して，中国の最大級の歓待を受けた時点までは，順調に進んでいた，しかし，１２月の，｢米国国家安全保障政策｣，の発表で急回転する，まさにナバロの，｢米中もし戦えわば｣，だ，

米国の挑戦を受けた中国，習政権の中では，大議論が行われていることは想像に難くない，雑誌ウエッジ３月号の，加茂具樹慶応大学教授の記事は，その中国内部の考え方の変遷を，生々しく再現している，加茂教授は中国政治が専門であり，恐らく，注意深く中国を注視した末の見方だ，

中国が悟ったのは，米国が切り込んでくる問題の基本は，中国の体制問題だ，と見極めをつけて，妥協と譲歩は誤りであり，持久戦に持ち込むべきである，との結論に達した，と言うのである，そうして，この持久戦というのが，毛沢東が対日排除に使った，戦略的防衛，対峙，反抗だという，

日本軍に悩まされた毛沢東は，長期戦で日本の優位を切り崩し，自らの力を増強し，最終的な勝利を手に入れる，この三段論法を，米国との覇権争いに適用することに決意した，と言うのである，こう見ると，中国は徹底抗戦の構えであり，米国は中国の体制を破壊するまで戦いを続ける，

中国は持久戦だ，加茂教授の分析は続くが，中国が気にするのは，｢中所得国の罠｣，で，そこに陥らないためには，情報通信技術の多人口の中国の有利性を活用すべきだ，と言う，まさにファーウエイ問題であり，更に今朝の朝日の，ニューヨーク地下鉄車両の中国製の問題点に及ぶ，

加茂教授は，日本の進むべき道として，必ずしも具体的な回答を与えてはいない，今日理解したことは，中国は持久戦で米国から覇権を奪い返すことであり，米国は中国の根幹に関わる政治体制の崩壊を目的としていることだ，トランプはどうなるか分からないが，米国はそう考えている，
