２０１９年４月１０日 青森東方沖に中露の艦艇が終結，Ｆ３５墜落現場の現実

航空自衛隊のＦ３５Ａステレス戦闘機が，青森の東１３５キロの地点で墜落した可能性がある，防衛大臣が，尾翼の一部が発見された，パイロットは行方不明，と記者会見している，日本は勿論，米空軍，中国海軍，ロシア海軍の航空機や艦艇が終結して，残骸の発見に血眼になっている

Ｆ３５Ａ墜落，パイロットは恐らく，最善の措置をとるべく努力したに違いない，少なくとも，自分の身はともかく，機体を粉々にするよう，爆破の措置をとりながら，脱出の機会を逃したのかも知れない，機体の材料や機器の一部でも，中国に渡れば，今後の米軍の活動が大幅に支障するという

Ｆ３５については，今までも度々スパイ事件が起きている，２００９年の米国国防省事件，２０１２年のＢＥＡシステムズ社からの漏洩事件，２０１４年６月にはカナダ在住の中国人実業家の逮捕事件，その１２月には，航空機会社で働く中国人技術者の逮捕事件，と数々のスパイ事件が発覚する

現在，日本に供与されたＦ３５Ａは，１４機があると言うから，この１機の損失は大事件だが，それよりも何よりも，日米安全保障の協力に大きな意味を持つ今回の墜落事故だろう，Ｆ３５Ｂを導入して，軽空母化を目指す日本の自衛隊にとって，今後の米国との信頼関係を維持することが重要

戦闘機事故は当然起こりえる事件だから，または撃墜されるためにあるのが戦闘機だから，繊細な爆破方式が備えられているに違いない，考えて見れば，パイロット自体も重要な機密に包まれているはずだから，簡単に脱出して拿捕されるのを防いでいる可能性も否定できないだろう，

日本の安全保障は，中国と戦争するために備えているものではなく，対等に出来るだけ近い安全保障上のレベルを上げて，極東の平和を維持したい，戦闘機も重要なツールだが，昨日論じた中国の中短距離ミサイルへの対策も重要である，ただ中国はロシアのミサイルにも狙われている

日本列島を基地とした米軍は，中国の中短距離ミサイルに無防備ではないか，の疑問が生ずる，日本の防衛力にとって，大きな国民的なコンセンサスが必要だが，経済規模に応じた防衛力，端的に言えば，ＧＤＰの３％まで容認できる議論が，今後，何年もかけて必要になってくるだろう
