中国はしかし，共産党独裁とは言っても，共産党員は国民の１０％以下であり，農村を主体とした中国の一般民衆は，米中戦争の結果である経済劣化，それに伴う就職確保が危機的な状況を迎える可能性があり，習政権は早速に，独立小組を立ち上げて，就職難対策に乗り出すこととなった，

米中貿易戦争のバックボーンとなるのは，今はトランプ政権にないバロン氏であり，中国もそれは重々承知で，トランプ大統領が火をつけた対中経済政策は，共和党政権が続く限り，受け継がれていくものと覚悟しなければならない，事実，トランプの外交政策は，今では党派を超えて支持を広げる

「光明日報」，と言うのは，中国の機関誌の中でも強硬派で知られるが，大々的な反米キャンペーンを繰り広げている，習近平主席は，協議決裂以降，強硬論に傾いている，しかし，協議しながら戦う，と言うことで，そこに１５年戦争を提議して，戦いは長いぞ，と言うことを，国民に徹底している，

トランプ大統領が，一方的に２５００億ドルの２５％関税を宣言したのは，中国側が一挙に反撃に出てからだ，それまで交渉で積み上げてきた１５０頁に亘る協議案を，一挙に１００頁近くに圧縮した，即ち，中国として飲めない国の制度改革を改めて拒否した結果であり，強硬に転じたのは中国側だ

一時，習近平主席は，譲歩を重ねて妥協の方向で交渉を始めたが，恐らく，政権内や長老達の間で，交渉路線に批判が起こった結果なのだろう，我々としては，今の中国の政治体制のままで，中国の覇権に従うことは困難だ，今後長期に亘るであろう貿易戦争の中で，政治改革を望むものだ，
