２０１９年６月２３日 中国経済の先行き，問題は対外収支の減少，イラン深刻化

日本の海外投資と中国の一帯一路の大きな違い，日本は経済低迷にも係わらず対外収支黒字を支え，円の価値を下げずにいる，我々世代のとってきた海外投資に誤りはなかった，経済重視のプロジェクトの推進が，一義的に重要である，それは我々も旧ソ連経済の崩壊を目の当たりにして見てきている，

中国社会科学院張氏，米中貿易戦争の最中にあり，しかも高齢化の進む中国経済の近未来を示唆する，注目すべき対話，日本は経済は低迷しても対外収支は落ちなかった，それは海外資産の収益が支えている，中国にはそれがない，張氏は，対米対話の如何に関わらず，３年で赤字になる恐れ，

トランプ大統領は関税に重点を置いて，米国の対外赤字を標的にしているが，米国の共和党本流は，対中貿易戦争を通じて中国経済覇権を抑え，これ以上の異常な軍備拡大を許さない，と考えているはずで，張氏の談話はその点を的確に説明している，これに高齢化の経済への影響が現れる，

経済が低迷しているにもかかわらず，日本の対外収支が黒字を維持しているのは，明らかに海外投資が的確であったことを意味し，我々の世代が，経済性を重視した海外投資を行ってきたからだ，そう言う点で，中国の一帯一路が進める海外投資には，その経済性評価で，大きな疑問があると思っている，

一般的に，国家には単なる経済目的だけでなく，重要な政治目的がある，と言うことはよく分かる，それは日本も太平洋戦争にも言えたことだが，政治目的を達成するための海外進出が，最後は国の経済を支えることが出来なくなってくる，日本の太平洋戦争，旧ソ連の同盟国への投資，一帯一路はどうか，

トランプ大統領のイランに対する行動に，疑問が飛んでいる，イラン攻撃を主張する政権スタッフに対して，自分が制止した，とする経緯を明らかにしている，政権内のバランスが如何にも理解困難，ボルトン補佐官は，トランプ大統領との対比を明らかにするために，政権内にいるのか，

イラン問題，トランプ大統領は，来週月曜日にも，大規模な経済制裁を加える，と発表した，武力行使を一旦押しとどめた大統領だが，あくまで経済を潰しにかかる，核放棄を迫っているが，イランはＣＩＡスパイとして逮捕していた米国人の死刑を執行した，抜き差しならぬ場面に来ている，
