２０１９年７月１０日 政府が凶暴化したときに，投票率は１００％になるのだろう

参議院選挙たけなわ，しかし，いくらやっても国政選挙でも，有権者の半分は投票に行かない，これはどう考えても，殆どの有権者が大きな変革を望んでいない，と言うことなのだろう，でも選挙制度は絶対に維持する必要がある，政権が凶暴化したときの最後の歯止めの手段は確保すべきだ，

最高裁判事の審査投票権があるが，殆ど無意味と考えられているが，それでもこの制度は維持しなければならない，いつ最高裁が凶暴化して暴れ出すかも知れない，国政選挙と同様で，殆どの国民は現状を容認し，政治に関与しようとしない，では，いつ国民は政治に立ち上がるのだろうか，

日本の変革は，矢張り外圧だと考えなければならないだろう，明治維新の黒船であり,太平洋戦争の敗北が，我々世代には浮かび上がる，では次の外圧は何で，いつだろうか，恐らく日米同盟の変質であり，今の世代の間に，それは起こるのではなかろうか，既にその兆候は見えているのでは，
