北朝鮮の度重なるミサイル発射について，トランプ大統領は，小規模で問題はない，と繰り返し，金正恩委員長は，米国大統領が容認している，として，米韓合同軍事演習を続ける文大統領を激しく非難し，軍事演習を続ける限り，韓国政府とは話をしない，と強硬な姿勢を示している，

そもそも，トランプ大統領が北朝鮮ミサイル実験を容認する発言というのは，それなりの筋書があるのだろうか，安保理はいかなるミサイル実験も容認していない，また，射程距離が短いからと言うトランプ大統領の発言は，日本を捨てる，或いは日米同盟を捨てることに繋がるのか，

トランプ大統領は，北朝鮮が大陸間弾道弾の実験を行えば許さない，と言う立場である，トランプ大統領は，日本に対する，「核の傘」，を捨てたのか，日本にとっては重要な局面だが，そうではない，トランプ大統領の発言には，もっと別の意味がある，と解説する向きもある，

米国は，欧州にしても極東にしても，有力な短中距離核ミサイルの配備はない，米国が現段階で世界覇権の中で有力とする抑止力は，大陸間核弾道ミサイルか，潜水艦発射の核ミサイルだ，米国がこの抑止力としての武器を使うときは，自国攻撃への報復か，自国に被害が及ばない場合だ

米国のこのような立場から世界の核抑止力連関を考えるならば，日本も自ずと自らの身の処し方が分かってくる，当面は日本は，このような情勢を頭に入れて，国際戦略を読んでいく必要がある，日本が住む極東情勢は，インドパキスタンの問題や，中東諸国の対立とは，少し意味が違う
