一国二制度はうまく機能しているはずであったが，逃亡犯条例で一気に爆発した，香港市民の間には二つの不安があって，経済が本土に追い越されていく現実の生活不安と，一国二制度は５０年の契約であるけれども，刻一刻とその５０年が近づいてきている，既に残り半分まで来てしまった，

この香港市民に油を注いだのは，米国議会の中国政府への強硬な姿勢である，これは共和党，民主党に係わらない，米国市民の声である，習近平政権は毛沢東路線に舵を切ろうとしている，５０年経てば中国は民主化するだろう，と言う声に対抗するかのような習近平政権の動きは，注視だ，
