野口悠紀雄氏の記事によると，鄧小平の「南巡講話」を基礎とする「社会主義市場経済」の導入の実施で，３０００万人が国有企業から追放され，その後，２０００万人の民間雇用者が８０００万人の増えるという，世界の歴史上にない大改革が行われたわけだ，大移動が発生したわけだ，

中国の政治体制は依然として共産党独裁の社会主義だが，国民を統制するためのネット社会の実現に大きく踏み出しており，その先端技術は先鋭的である，国民はキャッシュレスなど利便性の向上で不満はないという，そうして中国政府はこの先鋭化されたネットを一帯一路で世界に拡大する，
