中国は既に全高速道路網にＥＶ給電設備を完了した，シェールガス開発，人工太陽，世界の貧困国の港を軍港化，北極圏の開発，独自宇宙基地の確保，トリウム原発の開発，更に国を挙げてのブロックチェーン社会の実現，日本はノーベル賞は多いが，何と言ってもこれは個人の功績である，
