近代社会の経済発展と石炭の関係は極めて深いものがある，まずもって，石炭の包蔵は莫大で地球は石炭で出来ている，と言っても過言ではない，アジアでも，石炭オリジンの電気料金は安い，中国，ベトナム，タイ，インドネシアなど，対して日本，カンボジア，フィリッピンは今でも高い，

石炭火力から脱して原発依存へ，との動きは勿論あるが，あれほどの経済力を誇り，鋭意原発開発を推し進める中国でさえも，石炭火力を原発に置き換える戦略は効果を上げていない，人類が石炭の頸城から逃れるのは容易ではない，ただ出来ることは，火力の効率を上げ，ＣＯ２を閉じ込める

日本の経済を支える国際収支は，過去の海外投資に支えられている，温暖化防止への努力は日本が先行したが，今では中国や米国のメーカーも追っかけてきている，もし日本企業がベトナムの石炭火力投資に資金的に主導権を持つならば，コントラクターの選別に於いて，その経験を活かせ！
