ドウテルテ大統領は，南シナ海を受け入れることで中国の支援を受けてきたが，コロナに対しては毅然と対応して，中国人の入国を拒否した，大統領が中国に頼ったのは，２４０億ドルのＯＤＡ支援だが，コロナ問題で中国からの入国が出来ず，今動いているのは僅か２億ドルの３プロジェクトだけだ
