２０２０年４月２５日 ＮＨＫがコロナを通じて米中のデカップリングを論ず

昨日２４日も５００人近い新たな感染者でその拡大は止まらない，しかし日本を除いて殆どの国が減速に向かっているので，必ず日本にもその日が来るのだが，その減速の前に多大な犠牲を出す国と，少ない死者で緩和に向かう国とに分かれる，日本はまさにその分岐点にいることは確かだ，

米国もやや緩和の兆しが出ているが，この間の米中の対立は激しく，ポストコロナで米中のデカップリングの気運が強くなってきた，矢張り問題は中国紙のコラム「世界は中国に感謝すべき」が一つの契機になっている，「もし米国への輸出を禁止すれば米国はコロナ感染の地獄と化す」が大きかった

脅しとも受け取れるこのコラムの内容で，米国政府と議会では中国依存からの脱却＝脱中国を目指す動きがさらに加速している，勿論，協力すべし，の議論もあるわけだが，問題は大統領選挙にどのような影響を与えるかが焦点だ，米国はもう少し同盟国を意識して，経済圏の確保に努力すべきだ，
