世銀の担当官は私に向かって，５０万ＫＷを１００万ＫＷにしたいと強要してきた，５０万であれば８時間ピークだが，１００万にすると日４時間しか供給出来ない，難問であったが，結局１００万の地下空洞を掘った，今評価は？（
