ローワー・スパット・ガーは川の流れ込みプロジェクトです。プロジェクトの総落差は745メートルとなる。このプロジェクトでは2,084GWhの発電量が見込まれています。
この水力発電プロジェクトは 3 基のペルトン水車で構成されています。
開発状況
プロジェクトの建設は2026年に開始され、その後2029年までに商業運転が開始される予定です。
韓国水力原子力に関わる請負業者は、
水力発電プロジェクトの運営と保守を30年間実施する予定である。
