２０２３年１０月２６日 　インド，HP州のナスパ ジャクリ水力発電所 (NHPS) ，再エネの国際取引の承認を得た

京都議定書に関わる，国連の主導するCDM，即ち温暖化対策の取引規約の対象として認可された，それが今回のナスパ ジャクリ水力発電所 (NHPS) である，ＣＤＭは私の現役時代から大きな話題を提供し各国で様々なプロジェクトが取引の対象として俎上に上がった

温暖化ガス抑制の取引ＣＤＭは，最初は調子がよく，経産省主導で私たちも小水力の審査に参加したことがある，その後，ＣＤＭが無茶苦茶になってしまったのは，中国が，殆どのＣＤＭ案件を持って行ってしまったことに端を発する，その大規模水力の推進である，

京都議定書の頃は，大規模水力はＣＤＭの対象とはならない，と合意ができかけていたが，中国が入ってくると，それもうやむやになってしまった，今日の報道でインドのＮＨＰＳプロジェクトは，取引の資格を取得したことに認識新た（https://onl.la/RMVCS65）

ヒマーチャルの 1500 MW ナスパ ジャクリ水力発電所 (NHPS) プロジェクトの国際再生可能エネルギー証明書 (IREC) の登録、発行、取引を目的として、SJVN Ltd から EKI Energy Services Ltd に対して賞状 (LoA) が発行されました。プラデーシュ州。

再生可能エネルギー証明書 (REC) または国際再生可能エネルギー証明書 (IREC) メカニズムは、再生可能エネルギーを促進し、再生可能エネルギー購入義務 (RPO) の遵守を促進するための市場ベースの手段です。国際再生可能エネルギー証明書 (IREC) は、再生可能エネルギー源から生成された 1 MWh 1,000 単位の電力を表します。

SJVN の 1500 MW ナスパ ジャクリ発電所は、2023 年 1 月 1 日から 2027 年 12 月 31 日まで REC の取引のために登録されました。その設計に基づくと、この発電所は年間約 5,750 万の REC を取引でき、これは約 INR の追加収益に変わります。会社としては年間10億円。

SJVN の協力を得ている EKI エネルギー サービスは、CDM、VCS、ゴールド スタンダード、GCC、IREC、TIGR などの世界標準を備えた、気候変動とカーボン オフセットに対する持続可能なソリューションで知られています。

SJVN と EKI の協力は炭素排出量の削減につながるため、環境に大きな影響を与えることが期待されます。
