２０１９年３月１７日 極東展開の米軍は本当に抑止力になっているのか

私も今まで，米軍が，ことあるごとに空母機動部隊を日本近海に走らせたり，巡航ミサイルを搭載した潜水艦を動かしたり，大型爆撃機を飛ばしたり，果たして抑止力になっているのか，大きな疑問を持って来た，勿論，中国を対象としたものだが，中国の今後の経済拡大を考えると，正しい

日本は基本的には軍備を持たないことになっているので，軍事費も抑えに抑えて，ＧＤＰの１％程度しか準備していない，一般には，国力の規模に応じて，少なくとも３％ぐらいは常識的な線だと思う，しかし日本の憲法は，外交力によって国際親善を推進することで国を守ることになっている

今日の朝日新聞のＧＬＯＢＥは，日本の安全保障を守る上での基本戦略について，考えさせられる中短距離ミサイルの問題を扱っている，中国が日本を攻撃してくる前提ではないが，中国自体は，絶対に敵を中国本土に攻撃を仕掛けられにような，緻密な軍備を拡充している，ＩＮＦが中心

２０５０年前後には，恐らく沖縄当たりは中国の覇権下に入る情勢であることは，２０１５年春頃の内外の議論で予測されている，恐らく荒唐無稽ではないと思う，今，トランプが仕掛けている対中経済戦争が目的を達せず，経済的に中国一強の世界が生まれた場合は，中国はそうするだろう

強国が軍備に物を言わせて領土の割譲を迫る，当然あり得る話だと思う，今の日本は，米軍に守られて，安全保障は完全だと日本人は思っているだろうが，現段階でも，極東に於ける短期激烈戦争の実施能力は，明らかに中国が上回っている，朝日のGLOBEが言うことが正しいと思う，

米国が最近になって，ＩＮＦ制限条約から脱退することを明確にしたのは，勿論，中国を想定したものだが，中国の中短距離ミサイルの整備は，遙かに想像を絶している，大まかに言って，射程千キロ以下の地上発射型のミサイルは２０００発を超している，極東の短期勝負は中国が優勢だ

米国の長距離戦略ミサイル８０００発，と言われているものは，恐らく極東の短期激烈戦争には役に立たない，そのために米国は，ＩＮＦ制限条約から脱退するのだが，さて問題は，中国の２０００発を超す中短距離ミサイルの抑止力となる，同じような地上ミサイルを何処に置くか，大問題だ，

台湾に米国のＩＮＦを置くのが戦略的には良いのだろうが，準備を始めただけで，中国は戦いを開始する，残るは，フィリッピンと日本だが，少なくとも現状でのフィリッピンは政治的に無理だろう，日本に短中距離ミサイルを配備する方法しかない，そこでＧＬＯＢＥは深く悩むことになる，

ＧＬＯＢＥは，新たな２０００基以上の地上発射型短中距離ミサイルを日本に配備するときに，米軍が配備するのか，日本が配備するのか，これは今まで思考過程から，絶対に必要だから，米国か日本かで悩む，日本はＧＤＰの３％近くまで軍事費を準備しなければ，誰も助けてくれないだろう
